Sealed Floor Cleaning

We start by scrubbing the surface with a specialised hard floor cleaning machine, equipped with a mash pad to remove the old top layer of sealant gently. Then, our powerful floor cleaner solution is applied and allowed to sit, breaking down and lifting accumulated dirt and grime.

To finish, a new layer of sealant is applied, ensuring your hard floor is not only perfectly clean but also protected.

Polished Floor Cleaning (for Linoleum and Vinyl)

For linoleum and vinyl flooring, we employ a specific polish-stripping method. After an initial inspection and thorough mopping, a specialist stripping solution is applied to the floor and left for approximately 15 minutes. Our technicians then use a rotary machine to strip the old polish, which removes ingrained dirt along with the polish layer. The floor is then neutralised via a mopping process before a new, high-quality layer of polish is applied.

Please note, the floor will require 2 to 3 hours to dry before it can be walked on.

Regular Rotary Cleaning

If your hard floor does not require recoating, our cleaners will perform a deep rotary cleaning. The technician sprays the floor with a specially formulated floor cleaner solution to dislodge dirt. A rotary machine is then used to thoroughly clean the surface, restoring its shine and cleanliness without stripping or resealing.
